These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ph768 platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at ph768.club. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or using any ph768 service.
Important Notice: By creating a ph768 account, accessing the platform, or using any service offered at ph768.club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the ph768 platform. These Terms are a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "Member") and ph768.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By registering an Account on ph768.club, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, claiming any promotion, or placing any wager through the ph768 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as any supplementary policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Member and ph768 with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
2.3 ph768 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice to individual Members. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Members are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
2.4 If you access the ph768 Platform on behalf of a third party, you represent that you are authorized to bind that third party to these Terms. ph768 does not recognize proxy, agent, or nominee account registrations.
STRICT AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any service on the ph768 platform. This is a non-negotiable legal requirement under the PAGCOR regulatory framework for Philippine online gaming. ph768 takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and all deposits will be returned. No winnings generated by an underage account will be paid out under any circumstances.
3.1 To register and maintain a ph768 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

Acceptable identification documents include: SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Postal ID, Philippine Driver's License, and Philippine Passport.
3.3 ph768 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation at any time and to suspend Account access pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension.
4.1 One Account Per Member. Each Member is permitted to maintain only one (1) active Account on the ph768 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph768 employs technical and manual systems to detect duplicate account creation.
4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update your account information promptly when it changes. ph768 is not liable for delays, failed transactions, or security breaches arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your ph768 Account. You agree to:
4.4 Account Activity Responsibility. ph768 is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security. Any activity conducted through your Account credentials will be attributed to you, unless you have promptly reported a security breach in accordance with clause 4.3.
4.5 Non-Transferability. ph768 Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, pledge, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account, its credentials, or any portion of the Account balance to any third party.
5.1 ph768 supports the following deposit methods for Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and over-the-counter payments at 7-Eleven via CLiQQ. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at ph768's discretion.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on the ph768 Platform is ₱100 (Philippine Peso). Deposit attempts below this threshold will be declined by the payment system.
5.3 Processing Times. GCash, Maya, and GrabPay deposits are processed in real time and credited to your ph768 Account balance immediately upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within 15 to 60 minutes. ph768 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance.
5.4 Own Funds Only. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your ph768 Account are your own, lawfully obtained, and not derived from any criminal or illegal activity. ph768 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger anti-money laundering (AML) thresholds.
5.5 Deposit Limits. Members may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings as part of the ph768 Responsible Gaming tools. Once set, deposit limits cannot be increased immediately — an increase requires a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.
5.6 ph768 does not charge fees on deposits made through supported payment channels. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees, which are outside ph768's control.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 (Philippine Peso). Withdrawal requests below this amount will be declined.
6.2 KYC Prerequisite. No withdrawal will be processed from any ph768 Account that has not completed the KYC identity and age verification process. ph768 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal pending completion of additional verification checks at any time.
6.3 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the Member's most recent deposit, or to a payment method verified and linked to the Member's KYC profile. ph768 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, regardless of the relationship between the Member and the third party.
6.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) take 1 to 3 business hours via InstaPay. Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard processing hours may be queued for the next available processing window.
6.5 Enhanced Verification. Withdrawal requests exceeding ₱100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Philippine Pesos) in a single transaction may be subject to enhanced due diligence review, which could extend processing time by several hours. This procedure is a standard AML compliance requirement and applies to all accounts regardless of VIP tier.
6.6 ph768 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, AML concerns, or other breaches of these Terms. Members will be notified of any withholding and provided with a reasonable opportunity to respond.
7.1 ph768 offers promotional bonuses, cashback programs, tournament prizes, and other incentives to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general conditions set forth in this section.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. Before any bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn, the applicable wagering requirement must be fully satisfied. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus funds and any winnings generated solely from those bonus funds.
7.3 Anti-Abuse Policy. ph768 actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and the exploitation of technical errors or software bugs. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and accounts suspended without prior notice.
8.1 All games available on the ph768 Platform are supplied by licensed, internationally certified game providers. Each provider's game rules govern the specific operation of individual titles and are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and an individual game's rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters pertaining to the play of that game.
8.2 RNG Certification. All ph768 casino games that rely on random outcomes use independently tested and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Game results are mathematically random and cannot be manipulated by ph768, the game provider, or any player.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay, the affected game round will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the Member's balance. ph768 is not liable for any winnings claimed to have been derived from a demonstrably malfunctioning game. ph768 will rely on server-side game logs as the authoritative record in any dispute.
8.4 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the ph768 gaming system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the Member. Decisions made by the ph768 gaming system are final.
8.5 Sports Betting. For sports and events betting, ph768 may void bets where the event's result is affected by circumstances outside normal play, including but not limited to: match-fixing, referee error, incomplete events, or data provider errors. Odds are set by ph768 at its discretion and may change until the event begins.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph768 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:
10.1 ph768 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, provision of false registration information, regulatory compliance requirements, or protecting the integrity of the Platform.
10.2 Voluntary Account Closure. Members may request the closure of their ph768 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method. Account closure does not exempt a Member from any obligations accrued prior to closure.
10.3 Exclusion for Breach. Where a Member's Account is terminated by ph768 due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering — ph768 reserves the right to withhold all Account funds, including both the Account balance and any pending withdrawals, pending investigation and resolution.
10.4 Self-Exclusion. Members may request self-exclusion as part of ph768's Responsible Gaming program. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the suspension of the Account for the requested period. Reactivation of a self-excluded Account is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period and ph768's Responsible Gaming review process. See Section 11 for full details.

11.1 ph768 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Members. ph768 provides the following voluntary Responsible Gaming tools, accessible at any time from the Account Settings panel:
11.2 ph768 will not knowingly allow any person under 21 years of age to register or maintain an Account. If ph768 has reason to believe that a Member may be under 21 years of age, the Account will be suspended immediately and the Member will be required to provide age verification documentation before any reinstatement is considered.
11.3 ph768 will not engage in any marketing or advertising targeted specifically at individuals who have self-excluded or who are known to ph768 as problem gamblers. Any Member who notifies ph768 of a gambling problem will be referred to ph768's Responsible Gaming resources and assisted with the appropriate self-exclusion or account closure process.

12.1 All content on the ph768 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, game artwork, text, audio, video, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive intellectual property of ph768 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
12.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph768 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No right, title, or interest in any ph768 content is transferred to any Member by virtue of this license.
12.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any ph768 content or intellectual property without prior written authorization from ph768.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph768 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to: the use of or inability to use the Platform; game outcomes; technical malfunctions; unauthorized Account access; changes to the Platform or these Terms; or any other matter relating to ph768's services.
13.2 ph768's total aggregate liability to any Member for any cause of action, regardless of the form, shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, less any amounts already withdrawn by the Member during that same period.
13.3 ph768 does not warrant that the Platform will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components at all times. Scheduled maintenance downtime will be communicated in advance where practicable.
13.4 The Member acknowledges that gambling involves financial risk and that no outcome of any game or bet on the ph768 Platform is guaranteed. ph768 makes no representations regarding the likelihood of winning. All gambling decisions are made by the Member at their own risk.
14.1 ph768 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph768 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 ph768 is committed to compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Member personal data is collected only for lawful purposes, retained for no longer than necessary, and protected by appropriate technical and organizational security measures.
14.3 ph768 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without the Member's prior consent, except as required by law or as necessary to fulfill payment processing and regulatory obligations.
14.4 For questions regarding personal data or to exercise your rights under the Data Privacy Act, please contact ph768 at the email address provided in Section 17.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Member's Account, or the use of the ph768 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting ph768 customer support. ph768 commits to investigating and responding to all formal dispute submissions within 30 business days.
15.3 If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), with proceedings to be conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
15.4 Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm pending the conclusion of arbitration.
16.1 ph768 reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, or otherwise modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where material changes are made, ph768 will endeavor to provide notice to Members via the Platform's notification system or by email to the registered address on file.
16.2 Your continued access to or use of the ph768 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.2.
